You’ll answer many emails with the same response:
- “You can find all of our district’s incentives here …”
- “I will have to research this. Let me talk with the other district officers and I’ll get back to you soon.”
Sometimes you’ll send the same email many times as well:
- “I’m excited to have you join us as a Club Coach for ______. Here are some useful resources to get you started on helping the club achieve Distinguished status or better before June 30th: …”
- “We would love to help you get a new club started. Let’s set up a time to talk. Are you free for us to call you on _____?”
When you write an email that you might use again, save it somewhere so you can cut & paste your answer. Or, if you use Gmail, try the Canned Responses add-on from Google Labs.
